About the role
Find candidates with **3–9 years of pure Talent Acquisition experience**, currently based in **Mumbai / Thane / Navi Mumbai**, who are working or have worked in **FMCG or Pharmaceutical companies**. Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in **end-to-end corporate recruitment**, including sourcing, stakeholder management, niche hiring, and preferably leadership hiring. Prioritise candidates who independently manage hiring mandates, understand recruitment metrics, and have strong business acumen. **Exclude recruitment consultants, executive search agency recruiters, HR generalists, and HRBP-heavy profiles.** Focus on candidates whose primary expertise is in-house Corporate Talent Acquisition.
