About the Role
As a Jewellery Merchandiser, you'll bridge design, production, and sales — planning collections, forecasting demand, and ensuring the right products reach the market at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Plan and develop jewellery collections based on market trends
🔹 Coordinate with designers and CAD teams
🔹 Manage the product lifecycle from concept to delivery
🔹 Analyse sales data and forecast demand
🔹 Decide product mix, pricing, and inventory levels
🔹 Liaise with production, vendors, and gemstone suppliers
🔹 Monitor stock across stores and online platforms
🔹 Support marketing on promotions and catalogues
🔹 Handle bulk and export client requirements
What We're Looking For
✔️ Strong understanding of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery
✔️ Knowledge of merchandising, retail planning, and inventory management
✔️ Analytical skills for sales forecasting and trend analysis
✔️ Good communication and negotiation skills
✔️ Working knowledge of Excel and CorelDRAW
Preferred Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or Jewellery Design
📌 2–3 years of experience in jewellery merchandising or retail
📌 Experience with export merchandising or international markets is a plus
📍 Location: Coimbatore
💰 Salary: Based on last drawn salary, as per market standards
