🔹 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead – Full Stack Engineer with a strong technical background in full-stack development and proven leadership experience.The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while leading and mentoring a team of engineers and driving technical excellence.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
👨💻 Technical Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
💻 Full-Stack Development
• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure full-stack solutions
• Work with Angular and backend technologies including Java, Spring Boot, Spring, Hibernate amp; MVC
• Strong experience with Microservices
• Develop and integrate APIs, third-party libraries, and database solutions• Experience with MSSQL / MySQL / RDBMS
• Hands-on experience with IDEs such as IntelliJ / NetBeans
• Strong SQL query knowledge
• Experience with JUnit / Spock / Groovy – any one is mandatory
📊 Project Management
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables
• Manage sprints and ensure timely project delivery
🧪 Quality amp; DevOps
• Implement automated testing frameworks
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot technical issues
🚀 Continuous Improvement
• Stay updated with emerging technologies
• Recommend and implement technology improvements
• Promote Agile development practices and best engineering standards
🔹 Required Qualifications
✅ 9+ years of relevant experience
✅ Strong Full-Stack development background
✅ Strong Java + Spring Boot + Angular experience
✅ Experience with Microservices
✅ Strong SQL and RDBMS knowledge
✅ MySQL experience is mandatory
✅ JUnit / Spock / Groovy – any one mandatory
✅ Proven experience in team handling / technical leadership
✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile environment
