Position: Embedded Technical Lead
Experience Required: 8+ Years
🔹 Mandatory Skill: Strong hands-on experience in RTOS and Embedded Systems
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead and manage end-to-end embedded software projects
✔️ Plan, monitor, and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
✔️ Drive design, development, integration, and testing activities
✔️ Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality processes, and project regulations
✔️ Oversee preparation of Unit Verification Protocols and test documentation
✔️ Coordinate code reviews and technical design reviews
✔️ Contribute to Safety Risk Analysis and ensure compliance with safety standards
✔️ Guide teams in software module development, debugging, and issue resolution
✔️ Ensure timely delivery of assigned milestones and maintain project documentation
