Job descriptionRole & responsibilities
- Assemble and install mechanical components and machinery as per layout and technical drawings.
- Conduct initial testing and troubleshooting of equipment during start-up.
- Ensure proper alignment, fitting, and calibration of machines.
- Assist in commissioning activities and support engineers during trials.
- Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance during the start-up phase.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Report any issues or delays to the supervisor promptly.
Preferred candidate profile
- ITI - Fitter / Electrician or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrician or related trade.
- 0-5 Years of Experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Hands-on experience with tools like grinders, drills, welding machines, etc.
- Good understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Physically fit and able to work in factory conditions.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- Ready to travel for Service Work
