You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- End-to-end management (planning, control, and successful implementation) of complex, international SAP projects for the further development of the SAP-based "Webasto Global Templates"; Management of M&A-related IT projects, such as planning and execution of carve-outs, post-merger integration (PMI) projects, including separation or integration of the SAP landscape, data migrations, and harmonization of the process landscape
- Execution of SAP-based performance and efficiency programs; Identification of optimization potentials in the affected departments (e.g., logistics, production, quality, finance) and implementation of sustainable improvements through process and system adjustments
- Leadership of international and cross-functional project teams; Management of central and local project teams (up to approximately 70 employees) from IT, departments, and external service providers, ensuring a unified project approach
- Further development of the project approach model & governance
- Optimization of methods, tools, and standards for SAP rollouts and complex IT programs in close coordination with department management; promotion of best practices in project and change management
This is what you bring to us:
- Completed studies in the field of business informatics, industrial engineering, MBA with a clear focus on IT, and extensive experience in managing international SAP projects (ideally experience with S/4HANA)
- Proven expertise in the functional leadership of large, interdisciplinary teams, including managing local/regional project managers and external partners
- Deep understanding of the processes of an automotive supplier, particularly in logistics, production, quality management (ideally also in the area of finance/controlling)
- Project management expertise & certifications, desirable: PMI, Prince2, experience with agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) and SAFe
- Solid knowledge in several SAP modules, preferably: MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, FI/CO, ideally under SAP S/4HANA
