Our portfolio includes:
- VIBE: AI-enabled data engineering, data migration and Microsoft Fabric pipeline automation accelerator.
- QUBID: AI-powered tender management and bid preparation platform.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Sales Executive specialising in B2B outbound telecalling, lead generation and appointment setting.
This is an IT solution-selling role, not a customer support, inbound calling or generic BPO position.
1. Key Responsibilities
B2B Outbound Calling & Prospecting
- Make outbound calls to business owners, IT managers, CTOs, CIOs, digital transformation leaders and other relevant decision-makers.
- Identify potential customers requiring software products, IT services, AI solutions, data engineering, cloud modernisation or digital services.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, follow-ups, LinkedIn, email and online prospect research.
- Identify customer pain points, business requirements, budgets, decision-makers and purchasing timelines.
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings and product demonstrations for the technical or senior sales team.
- Maintain professional follow-up communication with prospects until a clear outcome is reached.
IT Products & Services Pitching
Candidates must be willing and capable of learning and explaining SAA's products and services, including:
- AI and automation solutions
- SaaS products and enterprise software
- Data engineering and data migration
- Microsoft Fabric and cloud data modernisation
- Data analytics, Power BI and business intelligence
- Custom software and application development
- Website design and development
- Digital marketing, SEO and lead generation services
- Enterprise digital transformation and IT consulting
The candidate is not expected to implement these technologies but must understand their business value and confidently communicate it to potential customers.
Lead Qualification & Sales Coordination
- Qualify prospects based on business need, decision-making authority, budget and timeline.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across SAA products and services.
- Arrange meetings with the appropriate technical consultants or sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, call notes, lead status and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support proposals, demonstrations and sales conversion.
- Consistently achieve agreed targets for qualified leads, meetings and pipeline generation.
2. Mandatory Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should apply only if they meet all the following requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on B2B outbound sales or lead generation experience in an IT, software, SaaS, web development, digital marketing or technology services organisation.
- Practical experience making outbound sales calls to businesses and decision-makers.
- Experience pitching at least one of these: IT services/software development; SaaS/enterprise applications; cloud/data analytics/digital transformation; website development/digital marketing.
- Ability to explain technology services in simple business language and handle initial objections.
- Good spoken English and Hindi, with confidence in professional business conversations.
- Experience using CRM software, Excel or structured lead-tracking systems.
- Ability to independently research prospects, qualify leads and book business meetings.
- Comfortable with measurable calling, lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
3. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling IT services to UK, US or other international business customers.
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, cloud, AI, data analytics or business intelligence.
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, cold emailing and multichannel outbound campaigns.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Previous experience in technology consulting, software development agencies or B2B SaaS organisations.
- Experience coordinating product demonstrations and supporting the sales pipeline.
4. Candidates Who Should Not Apply
Applications are not encouraged from candidates whose experience is exclusively in:
- Inbound customer support or customer care.
- Domestic BPO/call-centre operations without B2B IT sales experience.
- Banking, insurance, credit cards, loans or collections telecalling without IT sales exposure.
- Real estate, education admissions or consumer product telecalling without relevant technology sales experience.
- Data entry, back-office or non-sales administrative work.
Candidates unwilling to make outbound cold calls or work against lead generation targets should not apply.
B2B technology sales experience is essential. General telecalling experience alone is not sufficient.
5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance will be assessed through:
- Outbound calling activity and meaningful decision-maker conversations.
- Number and quality of qualified B2B leads.
- Qualified discovery meetings and product demonstrations scheduled.
- Lead-to-meeting conversion rate.
- Follow-up effectiveness and CRM accuracy.
- Sales opportunities generated and contribution to the pipeline.
Lead and meeting quality will be prioritised over call volume alone.
6. Skills & Competencies
- Strong B2B communication, persuasion, cold calling and objection-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of software and IT services.
- Ability to identify business challenges and pitch relevant solutions.
- Good prospect research and lead qualification skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette and active listening.
- Self-motivation, consistency and a target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to learn multiple technology products and services.
7. Education
Graduate in any discipline. BBA, BCA, B.Com, MBA (Marketing), IT or Computer Science backgrounds are preferred, but not mandatory.
Relevant B2B IT sales experience carries greater weight than academic qualifications.
