Zennsoft Inc. is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter (US Staffing) with strong expertise in W2 (80%) and C2C (20%) hiring, as well as full-time recruitment. The ideal candidate should excel in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
- Source candidates via platforms like Dice and Monster
- Work on W2, C2C, and full-time roles
- Collaborate with implementation partners and prime vendors
- Screen candidates and conduct initial technical evaluations
- Negotiate pay rates and manage onboarding
- Maintain ATS records and ensure timely submissions
Required Skills
- Proven experience in US IT staffing
- Strong knowledge of W2 and C2C
- Experience with vendor and client coordination
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Preferred
- Hiring in niche skills (Cloud, DevOps, AI, Data)
- Experience with ATS/CRM tools
