💼 Position: IT Project Bidder / Business Development Executive
🔥 What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Find and bid on website & software development projects
- Generate qualified leads through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn & other platforms
- Understand client requirements and prepare relevant proposals
- Pitch our development capabilities and convert leads into projects
- Follow up with prospects and negotiate project scope & pricing
- Coordinate with the technical team for project estimation and proposal preparation
- Build long-term client relationships and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
