Augmintech Education Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a tech-savvy, organized and proactive IT & Operations Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of computers, software and AI tools, along with the ability to provide technical support and manage day-to-day student and operational requirements.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Assist students with software installation, configuration and troubleshooting required for their courses
• Provide IT support and technical assistance to employees
• Troubleshoot basic computer, software and system-related issues
• Create and manage Student IDs, Admission Letters and other student documents
• Prepare, verify and issue course completion certificates
• Manage and update the company/student portal
• Maintain accurate student records and digital documentation
• Use AI tools effectively to improve productivity and streamline routine tasks
• Support the team with technology-related requirements and digital workflows
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
🔹 Requirements
• Strong knowledge of computers, operating systems and commonly used software
• Good understanding of software installation, configuration and troubleshooting
• Good practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI productivity tools
• Comfortable learning and working with new software and online platforms
• Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Strong documentation and attention-to-detail skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in IT support, operations, administration or an education/training organization will be an advantage
