About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Manager with strong expertise in Full Stack Development, DevOps, and Cloud Technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, deploying, and managing scalable web applications while leading technical initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The candidate should possess strong technical leadership skills and be capable of managing application development, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise web applications.
- Develop scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Manage end-to-end application development lifecycle.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Implement DevOps best practices, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, and automation.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure high availability.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and compliance with industry standards.
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technology evaluations.

- Experience deploying applications on Azure and/or AWS.
- Experience managing complete application development life cycles.
- Prior experience leading technical teams or projects is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep).
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Cloud certifications (Azure or AWS) are an added advantage.
