We're Hiring: IT Infrastructure Program Manager
Are you passionate about leading large-scale cybersecurity and IT infrastructure programs that protect and transform organizations?
At Ralliant, we're looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Program Manager to drive critical cybersecurity and infrastructure initiatives across our global enterprise. This is an opportunity to partner with executive leadership, influence strategic decisions, and deliver programs that strengthen security, reduce risk, and enable business growth.
What You'll Do
Lead enterprise cybersecurity and IT infrastructure programs, including:
- Vulnerability Management
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Cloud Security
- Security Operations
- Risk Remediation
- Compliance & Regulatory Initiatives
Drive cross-functional execution across Security, Network, Platform & Hosting, End User Computing (EUC), Engineering, PMO, and external partners.
Manage program roadmaps, budgets, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting.
Partner with senior leaders to ensure delivery of strategic initiatives aligned to business, compliance, and risk management objectives.
Support regulatory and compliance programs including:
- NIST
- ISO 27001
- CMMC
- SOX
- ITAR
- NIS2
What We're Looking For
5-10+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience
5+ years leading cybersecurity or infrastructure security initiatives
Strong expertise in:
- Vulnerability Management
- Risk Management
- Security Operations
- Cloud Security
- Identity & Access Management
- Infrastructure & Cloud Technologies
Experience managing complex enterprise programs across multi-vendor and cross-functional environments
Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
Experience with Agile, SAFe, and traditional project methodologies
Tools: ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project
Preferred Certifications: PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, CISSP, CISM, Security+
