Role Description This full-time, on-site IT Cloud Sales Manager role is based in Kochi and focuses on driving cloud solutions sales across Kerala, US, UK, and UAE markets. The person in this role will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage the end-to-end sales cycle for cloud and IT services, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, qualifying prospects, conducting product presentations and demos, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with technical teams to understand client requirements, providing market feedback to management, and maintaining accurate sales forecasts and reports. The IT Cloud Sales Manager will be expected to represent the organization professionally, stay updated on cloud technologies and competitive offerings, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong background in IT Sales and Sales, with proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Account Management, including prospecting, pipeline management, and client retention.
- Solid understanding of Information Technology and cloud-based solutions, with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across global markets (Kerala/US/UK/UAE).
- Relevant experience in B2B technology or cloud services sales; prior exposure to international markets is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information technology, or a related field; advanced certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and sales productivity software.
