Role Description The ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor will conduct on-site quality management system audits for clients, ensuring alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards and applicable regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing audit activities, reviewing documentation, interviewing process owners, identifying nonconformities, and preparing clear audit reports and recommendations. The role involves collaborating with client teams to support corrective actions, continuous improvement initiatives, and certification readiness. The Lead Auditor will also contribute to internal training, maintain up-to-date knowledge of ISO standards, and support consulting projects related to quality and compliance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in ISO 9001:2015 auditing, including planning, conducting, and reporting audits for diverse organizations.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, regulatory compliance frameworks, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., PDCA, risk-based thinking).
- Ability to analyze processes and documentation, identify gaps and nonconformities, and recommend practical, standards-compliant solutions.
- Excellent communication, report-writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients at all levels.
- Relevant professional certifications such as ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor qualification or equivalent recognized accreditation.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, science, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications in quality or compliance are an advantage.
- Experience in consulting, product certification, or testing environments is preferred, especially with domestic and international schemes.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple audits and projects within defined timelines.
- Comfort working on-site with client teams in Noida and willingness to travel for audits and client engagements as needed.
