This role at Lochan & Co is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves planning and executing internal audit assignments, performing risk assessments, and evaluating internal controls across financial and operational processes.
Responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, conducting financial audits, preparing detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate audit outcomes to stakeholders, and support corrective action implementation. The role also includes continuous monitoring of process improvements and contributing to the refinement of internal audit methodologies.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.
- Experience in finance and financial audits, including knowledge of accounting standards and audit procedures.
- Ability to prepare clear, concise, and comprehensive audit reports.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with relevant internal audit experience.
- Knowledge of risk management, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other audit or financial analysis tools.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in consulting or professional services firms is an advantage.
