Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Friends Colony for an Investor Relations and Capital Raising Specialist. The specialist will manage relationships with existing and prospective investors, including family offices, institutional investors, and high-net-worth individuals, through regular updates, meetings, and calls. Daily responsibilities include preparing investor presentations, quarterly letters, performance reports, and marketing materials that clearly communicate the fund’s strategy and results. The role involves identifying and qualifying new capital-raising opportunities, maintaining a robust investor pipeline, and coordinating due diligence processes. The specialist will also support compliance with communication standards, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate closely with the investment team to ensure consistent messaging.
Qualifications
- Strong investor relations, client relationship management, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Experience in capital raising, fundraising strategy, and business development within asset management, private equity, or related financial services.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, performance reporting, and understanding of equity markets, particularly Indian equities and offshore fund structures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear presentations, investor letters, and marketing materials.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and comfort working with CRM tools and data tracking for investor pipelines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an investment management or fund environment and familiarity with global investor bases (US, Middle East, etc.) is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in New Friends Colony, collaborate effectively with a small team, and operate with integrity and discretion.
