Terravest Partners LLP is seeking a NISM-certified professional to join our team to meet the regulatory requirements for the registration and management of our SEBI Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF).
Eligibility
* Mandatory: Valid NISM Certification as prescribed under SEBI regulations for AIFs.
* Basic understanding of SEBI AIF Regulations and investment management.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Role
* Support the regulatory and compliance requirements for SEBI AIF registration.
* Coordinate with legal advisors, consultants, trustees, and regulatory authorities.
* Assist with fund documentation and compliance-related activities.
