About the Company

The company operates its own manufacturing setup in Jaipur and has built a 50,000 sq. ft. kitchen with a strong focus on quality, hygiene, clean ingredients, and controlled production processes. Its portfolio includes healthy laddoos, namkeens, nut mixes, seed mixes, and other better-for-you snacks. The manufacturing facility is located at Mahindra World City, Jaipur.
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Inventory Executive to manage inventory accuracy and material movement across the warehouse. The ideal candidate must have FMCG experience, preferably in food/F&B; or manufacturing, with practical knowledge of core warehouse inventory, bin systems, inbound and outbound operations, stock reconciliation, and inventory controls.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory operations for raw materials, packaging materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Handle and monitor end-to-end inbound and outbound inventory movements.
- Ensure accurate inward and outward entries in the inventory/warehouse system.
- Manage the warehouse bin system, including bin allocation, identification, labeling, location accuracy, and proper stock placement.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure physical stock matches system stock.
- Conduct cycle counts, physical stock verification, and regular stock reconciliation.
- Investigate and report shortages, excess stock, damages, and inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed, particularly for FMCG and food products.
- Track batch numbers, manufacturing dates, expiry dates, and shelf life wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics teams for smooth material movement.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, GRNs, quantity, batch, and relevant documentation.
- Support accurate picking, material issue, stock transfer, and finished-goods dispatch.
- Maintain GRNs, stock registers, issue/transfer records, dispatch records, and inventory reports.
- Prepare periodic inventory reports and highlight critical stock variances.
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, damaged, blocked, and excess inventory.
- Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs, hygiene, safety, and inventory control procedures.
- Support warehouse and inventory audits and maintain accurate records.
- Identify process gaps and support improvements in inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in inventory, warehouse, stores, or supply chain operations.
- FMCG / Food & Beverage / Food Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred and should be a key screening criterion.
- Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or a relevant discipline preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/WMS/inventory systems.
- Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, documentation, and ownership.
- Good communication and coordination skills; comfortable working on the warehouse floor.
