Are you experienced in warehouse operations, inventory management, and loss prevention? Do you have a keen eye for stock accuracy, packaging inventory, and process compliance? We’re looking for an experienced Inventory Control Executive to join the Frido team! 🚀
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory control across warehouse, production, and packaging operations, with a primary focus on packaging area inventory.
- Ensure 100% stock inward accuracy and verify received goods against purchase orders and supporting documents.
- Monitor PO compliance and ensure adherence to inventory control processes.
- Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and physical stock verification.
- Track material movement across warehouse, production, and packaging areas.
- Identify stock discrepancies, analyze process gaps, and implement loss prevention measures.
- Monitor CCTV footage to identify potential theft, pilferage, and inventory irregularities.
- Ensure proper warehouse handling, storage, and inventory documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and packaging teams to maintain accurate stock records and smooth operations.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain, or a relevant field.
- 4–8 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or production/packaging inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse handling, stock movement tracking, and inventory processes.
- Understanding of purchase order compliance, stock inward procedures, and loss prevention.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and process-oriented thinking.
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS or inventory management systems is preferred.
