Role: IoT Engineer
Experience: 5 to 7 yrs. Skills required:
Salary Range: 8L to 15L Per Annum
Notice Period: immediate to 15 days.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement IIoT solutions for manufacturing environments.
Connect PLCs, machines, sensors, gateways, and industrial systems.
Strong working knowledge of PLC's with hands-on experience in Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley or similar, including Ladder Logic, PLC tags, registers, I/O mapping, alarms etc
Experience with Industrial IoT gateways / edge devices
Work with protocols such as OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, REST APIs & similar.
Develop and support edge-to-cloud data integration.
Integrate IIoT solutions with MES, ERP, and cloud platforms.
Troubleshoot asset connectivity, network, gateway, and data issues.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in IIoT, Industrial Automation, or Industry 4.0.
Hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA, industrial gateways, and machine connectivity.
Strong knowledge of OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, TCP/IP, and REST APIs.
Python programming
Good understanding of OT/IT integration, industrial networking
Experience with Azure IoT, AWS IoT, Kepware or similar platforms is a plus
Good to Have skills
Exposure to smart manufacturing and digitalization projects
Experience with Vision Systems / Machine Vision is a big plus
Exposure to Industrial Robotics and Robot Integration
Knowledge of AI/ML-based industrial applications
Experience with data analytics and visualization tools
