Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our International Voice Process team. The selected candidates will handle international customers over calls and provide effective solutions to their queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.
- Resolve customer issues within the defined process and timelines.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication and conversation skills.
- Comfortable working in a night shift.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Candidates should be comfortable with Work From Office.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior international voice/BPO/customer support experience will be an advantage.
Eligibility
- Experience: 3–8 Years
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate
- Age: As per company requirements
- Location: Bangalore candidates preferred
