🚨 We’re Hiring | Associate – International Tax Research & Drafting
Position: Associate – International Tax Research & Drafting
Location: India Office (UAE Practice)
Employment Type: Full Time
Experience: 0–2 Years
About the Role
This role supports the Firm’s UAE Tax Advisory Practice, with a primary focus on technical research and high-quality professional drafting.
The position is ideal for professionals inclined towards analytical work and structured advisory writing.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Research
- Conduct detailed research on International Tax, including local UAE Laws
- Track amendments, notifications, and compliance changes
- Prepare internal research notes and technical briefs
🔹 Drafting – Primary Focus
Independently draft:
- Tax advisory opinions
- Technical memorandums
- Client responses
- Issue notes, presentations, and research papers
- Articles and tax alerts
🔹 Other Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and curating marketing collateral and presentations
- Support content planning for:
- LinkedIn and professional platforms
- Client communication material
- Maintain content repositories and standard templates
🔹 Knowledge Management
- Maintain and update internal tax knowledge repositories
- Develop standardized templates and drafting formats
Required Skill Set
- Excellent knowledge of International Taxation
- Excellent professional written English
- Strong analytical and interpretational ability
- Good understanding of tax laws and legal documents
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
