📍 Location: India Office – UAE Practice

About the Role
We are looking for a UAE Audit & Tax – Manager to join our UAE Tax Advisory Practice. The role is primarily focused on technical research, tax analysis, professional drafting, and knowledge management.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy analytical work, interpreting tax laws, and developing high-quality advisory content while also having the ability to manage and mentor a team.
Key Responsibilities
đź“ť Tax Advisory & Professional Drafting
- Independently draft and review tax advisory opinions and technical memorandums
- Prepare client responses, issue notes, presentations, and research papers
- Draft articles, tax alerts, and technical publications
- Review and manage the drafting work of team members
đź“Š Marketing & Client Communication
- Assist in preparing and curating marketing collateral and professional presentations
- Support content planning for LinkedIn and other professional platforms
- Develop client communication and presentation material
đź“š Knowledge Management
- Maintain and regularly update internal tax knowledge repositories
- Develop and standardize templates, precedents, and drafting formats
- Support the team in maintaining a structured technical knowledge base
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of overall experience in Tax & Audit
- Strong knowledge of International Tax
- Strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and legal documents
- Excellent professional written English
- Strong analytical, research, and interpretational skills
- Ability to manage, review, and mentor a team
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- UAE tax experience is not mandatory; candidates with strong international tax fundamentals are encouraged to apply
🎓 Qualification
CA / CMA / Tax Advocate or equivalent relevant professional qualification.
