Job Overview
Teleperformance is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for our International E-commerce Voice Process in Kolkata. Freshers and experienced professionals who possess excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Excellent English communication skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates should have no planned leave requirements for the next 90 days
Work Schedule
- 5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs
- Rotational shifts
- Shift window: 4:00 PM to 10:30 AM
- Majorly evening, night, and graveyard shifts
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: ₹27,100 per month
- Take-home: Approximately ₹22,300 per month
- Statutory Bonus: ₹2,800
