Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across the US, Middle East, Europe, and other international markets.
- Generate qualified leads through market research, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, professional networking, and industry channels.
- Build and nurture relationships with engineering consultants, architects, contractors, developers, and EPC companies.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline, guiding opportunities through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Coordinate the preparation of proposals, RFQ/RFP responses, capability statements, and commercial submissions.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams on project scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables.
- Conduct ongoing research on markets, competitors, and industry trends; maintain accurate CRM records; and deliver regular pipeline and forecast reports.
- Take full ownership of assigned revenue and business development targets.
Qualifications / Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in international business development, sales, or client acquisition within engineering consulting, BIM, architecture, infrastructure, or related AEC services.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring overseas clients and converting opportunities into revenue-generating projects.
- Experience working in the US, Middle East, UK, Europe, Australia, or similar markets preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent relationship management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
