We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Auditor to join our team in Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal and process audits.
- Review financial records, vouchers, invoices, and reconciliations.
- Identify discrepancies, risks, and internal control gaps.
- Check compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare audit working papers and reports.
- Coordinate with Accounts and Operations teams.
- Follow up on audit observations and corrective actions.
- Assist in improving internal processes and controls.
Requirements:
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Accounts, or Finance.
- Good knowledge of accounting and auditing principles.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
