Position: Placement Intern, Placement Calling Consultant
Organization: Quest Alliance
Location: Patel Nagar, New Delhi
Employment Type: Internship
Stipend: Up to ₹15,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

About the Role
Quest Alliance is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic
female or male fresher to join our Placement team as a
Placement Intern . The intern will support learner outreach, placement coordination, employer engagement, and data management to strengthen employment opportunities for ITI graduates across Haryana.
Eligibility
- female or male candidates (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass or above
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively
- Open to frequent travel within Delhi NCR and Haryana
Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities
Learner Outreach & Placement Support
- Conduct aspiration and placement status calls with Haryana ITI alumni.
- Follow up with alumni regarding employment opportunities and placement updates.
- Maintain accurate learner records and placement-related information.
- Collect and update placement evidence received through email or WhatsApp.
Employer Engagement
- Generate, build, and maintain relationships with local employers through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Support trade-specific job opportunity generation for Haryana learners.
- Maintain regular follow-up with employer partners to strengthen engagement.
Placement Coordination
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing placement drives and job fairs, as required.
- Support pre-placement and post-placement activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of placement initiatives.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and organized placement data, including walk-ins, line-ups, placement drives, and learner records.
- Collate, verify, and report placement data in a timely manner.
- Update daily, weekly, and monthly reports as assigned.
- Share weekly and monthly work plans and progress updates with the reporting team.
