Role Description The Interior Site Engineer is a full-time, on-site role Pan India. This position is responsible for overseeing interior works at project sites, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and design teams, and ensuring that work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards. The role includes monitoring daily progress, conducting site inspections, implementing quality control measures, and resolving technical issues related to civil, structural, and interior works. The Interior Site Engineer will prepare site reports, update project stakeholders, assist in material planning, and support timely completion of milestones within budget. The position requires close collaboration with clients and internal teams to maintain clear communication and deliver high-quality project outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Proven on-site project execution skills, including supervision of interior works and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Experience in quality control, site inspections, and adherence to safety, design, and compliance standards.
- Knowledge of structural engineering principles and practical understanding of civil engineering practices relevant to interior projects.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Interior design, Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Working familiarity with project management tools, site documentation, and basic MS Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing site conditions.
