Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed interior architectural and fit-out models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare design development drawings, construction drawings, and interior detailing packages.
- Create and manage BIM models, families, schedules, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Architecture, Structure, MEP, and other project stakeholders to resolve design clashes.
- Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, and interior elevations.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, BIM standards, and client requirements.
- Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and client discussions.
- Review and incorporate comments from clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Support quantity take-offs, material specifications, and drawing submissions.
- Maintain model accuracy and ensure timely project delivery. Revit is widely used for BIM-based building design and documentation.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Experience in Interior Design, Interior Fit-Out, and Architectural Detailing.
- Good understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes.
- Knowledge of construction documentation, materials, and detailing.
- Experience in commercial, hospitality, residential, workplace, or mixed-use projects.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360/ACC, and Enscape/Lumion.
- Knowledge of interior space planning, lighting, and furniture coordination.
- Experience leading teams and mentoring junior architects (for Senior Architect role).
