Role: Interior Designer & Sales
This role is designed for individuals who understand that luxury is not loud—it is experienced.
At ETEREO, you will engage with discerning clients, interpret their lifestyle, and translate it into spaces that are both highly functional and aesthetically elevated. You will not just design—you will guide, influence, and curate.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading client conversations with clarity, confidence, and design intelligence
* Conceptualizing and developing refined kitchen and wardrobe solutions
* Creating layouts, presentations, and visualizations that reflect premium detailing
* Curating materials, finishes, and combinations with a strong design narrative
* Managing the complete client journey—from first interaction to final closure
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure flawless execution and delivery
* Upholding ETEREO’s standard of excellence in every interaction and output
This is a role for someone who values ownership, aesthetics, and the art of selling through design.

Qualifications
* A strong design sensibility with experience in high-end interiors, especially kitchens and wardrobes
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent design tools
* Deep understanding of materials, finishes, and premium hardware systems
* Ability to present, influence, and build trust with high-value clients
* A natural inclination towards consultative selling and closing with confidence
* Attention to detail that goes beyond the obvious
* Strong communication skills with a polished and professional presence
* Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining design integrity
* Awareness of execution processes and on-site coordination
