Role Description The Interior Designer at Würfel in Bengaluru will work on-site, collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and transform kitchens and wardrobes into functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces. This full-time role involves developing design concepts, preparing detailed layouts, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) in line with brand standards. The Interior Designer will create and review construction drawings, work closely with the architecture and installation teams, and ensure projects are executed according to design intent, timelines, and quality benchmarks. Daily responsibilities also include site visits, client presentations, and updates to project documentation to maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Ability to plan and organize interior spaces effectively, with strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design.
- Knowledge of Architecture and experience collaborating with architectural teams to align design concepts with structural requirements.
- Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings for kitchen and wardrobe projects.
- Experience with FF&E selection, including materials, finishes, fixtures, and fittings appropriate for premium kitchen and wardrobe interiors.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools).
- Strong visual and aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and practical understanding of modular kitchen systems.
- Effective communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Prior experience in residential interiors or modular kitchen design is an advantage.
