Company Description Sri Rama Interiors is a Hyderabad-based Interior Design & Build firm, specializing in residential and commercial projects. We focus on creating thoughtfully designed, functional, and aesthetically refined spaces tailored to our clients’ needs.
Role Description The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing layouts, and coordinating all aspects of interior projects. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, selecting materials and finishes, creating mood boards, and preparing construction and design drawings. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand requirements, presenting design proposals, and making revisions based on feedback. The Interior Designer will also coordinate with contractors and suppliers, oversee site execution, and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Interior Design and FF&E (fixtures, furniture, and equipment) selection and specification.
- Ability in Space Planning to optimize functionality, circulation, and usability of interior environments.
- Knowledge of Architecture fundamentals to align interior design with structural and aesthetic requirements.
- Proficiency in preparing and reading Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, elevations, and sections.
- Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and Rendering tools.
- Excellent visual, conceptualization, and presentation skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with clients, vendors, and site teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in residential or commercial interiors is an advantage.
