Got an eye for space, texture, and detail? Redecor is looking for a creative Interior Designer to join our growing team and help bring beautiful spaces to life — from concept to completion.
What you'll do:
- Create detailed 3D designs and visualizations (SketchUp / AutoCAD / rendering software) that bring concepts to life for clients
- Lead design concepts from ideation to execution, ensuring the final output matches the approved vision
- Select and curate design styles, color palettes, and layouts suited to each client's brief and space
- Build compelling mood boards that communicate design direction clearly and persuasively
- Select materials, finishes, and furnishings aligned with project budget and design intent
- Manage client relationships and presentations independently — confidently present, explain, and convince clients on design choices, handling objections and building trust
- Work closely with the sales and execution team to ensure the project moves smoothly from design approval to site handover
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and site execution alignment with the approved design
- Mentor junior designers and coordinate with vendors/contractors
What we're looking for:
✅ Minimum 3+ years of experience in interior design.
✅ Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Canva (or equivalent rendering tools.
✅ Strong 3D visualization and design presentation skills.
✅ Excellent client communication — comfortable persuading and guiding clients on design decisions, not just executing their instructions
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
✅ Understanding of materials, finishes, and cost implications.
