SpazioLiv creates premium, minimal, and luxurious home spaces through thoughtful design and seamless execution. We are looking for an experienced **Interior Design Project Manager** who can manage projects from design finalisation to final handover, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
### Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end interior design projects, from project initiation to final handover.
* Coordinate with design, sales, procurement, vendors, contractors, and site execution teams.
* Prepare project schedules, track milestones, and ensure timely project delivery.
* Monitor site execution to ensure adherence to approved designs, drawings, and quality standards.
* Manage material procurement, vendor coordination, and on-site resource planning.
* Conduct regular site inspections to identify execution gaps and resolve issues promptly.
* Monitor project budgets, control costs, and minimise material wastage.
* Maintain project documentation, progress reports, BOQs, and execution schedules.
* Act as the primary point of contact for project-related client communication and updates.
* Proactively resolve site-level challenges and coordinate with internal stakeholders to avoid delays.
* Ensure smooth project closure, snag resolution, and final client handover.
### Candidate Requirements
* 3–6 years of experience in **residential interior project management and execution**.
* Strong understanding of civil work, modular kitchens, wardrobes, electrical work, plumbing, and finishing.
* Ability to interpret interior design drawings, working drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.
* Experience managing contractors, vendors, site supervisors, and multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong planning, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Excel and project tracking tools; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
* Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
* Candidates with experience in premium residential interiors will be preferred.
