Role Description The Interior Design Project Manager will oversee end-to-end interior design projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and alignment with client requirements. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves coordinating with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include managing space planning and design concepts, reviewing and approving construction drawings, selecting and coordinating furniture and finishes, and monitoring project progress and budgets. The role also requires conducting site visits, resolving design and execution issues, preparing project documentation, and ensuring that all work complies with safety and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning.
- Candidates should possess proven Project Management skills for planning, coordination, and execution of interior projects.
- Candidates should possess the ability to read, prepare, and review Construction Drawings.
- Candidates should possess experience with Furniture selection, layout, and specification.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience managing commercial or residential interior projects, preferably in on-site roles.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a focus on quality and safety standards.
