Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Design Consultant role based in Hyderabad, offering compensation up to 5 LPA. The Interior Design Consultant will meet with clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences, and translate these into practical design concepts for residential and commercial spaces. Responsibilities include developing layouts and mood boards, selecting furniture, finishes, and materials, and coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution. The role involves providing design presentations, managing client expectations, offering after-sales support, and contributing to sales growth through effective design solutions. The consultant will also stay updated on market trends, new products, and design innovations to enhance project quality.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in interior design, including space planning, color theory, materials, and furniture selection.
- Sales and negotiation abilities to support conversions, upselling, and client relationship management.
- Knowledge of furniture types, finishes, and modular solutions relevant to residential and commercial projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools) is preferred.
- Attention to detail, project coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
