Are you passionate about UI/UX design and teaching? Do you enjoy helping designers grow from learning the fundamentals to confidently solving real-world design problems?
We’re looking for a UI/UX Mentor who can combine strong design expertise with effective teaching and mentorship.
🎯 What you’ll do
- 📚 Build and continuously improve UI/UX curriculum covering practical, industry-relevant skills.
- 🎓 Teach and mentor students through structured lessons, workshops, and hands-on projects.
- 👩💻 Guide experienced designers in strengthening their design thinking, UX processes, portfolios, and problem-solving skills.
- 🧠 Explain complex UI/UX concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging way.
- 💬 Provide meaningful design critiques, feedback, and one-on-one guidance.
- 🌎 Bring real-world industry practices, case studies, and project-based learning into the classroom.
✨ We’re looking for someone who
- Has strong hands-on experience in UI/UX Design.
- Understands UX research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and design systems.
- Can communicate design concepts clearly to both beginners and experienced designers.
- Has a genuine interest in teaching, mentoring, and developing designers.
- Can create structured, outcome-focused learning experiences.
