Job Title: Relationship Manager – Commercial Retail Insurance (Life, Health, Motor)
Location: Bengaluru
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive Relationship Manager to coordinate between sales teams, channel partners, and insurance providers. The role involves ensuring smooth processing and closure of Life, Health, and Motor insurance policies, while onboarding and activating new partners to drive consistent business performance.
Mandatory requirement: Minimum *2–3 years of life insurance sales experience in the agency channel* .
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal teams and insurance partners for quotes, documentation, and policy conversion.
Follow up on leads to ensure timely closures and high conversion rates.
Onboard new partners and ensure they are active and productive within T+15 days.
Build strong relationships with POS and channel partners to drive consistent business.
Track and report conversion, partner activation, and retail insurance performance.
Maintain accurate records in Excel/CRM and ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Candidate Profile
*Minimum 2–3 years of life insurance sales experience in the agency channel (mandatory).*
Graduate in any discipline.
Strong communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
Target-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple partners and deadlines.
