Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Sales Officers to join our Life Insurance team. The role involves customer acquisition, field sales, relationship management, and achieving monthly business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new customers through field sales.
- Meet customers and understand their insurance requirements.
- Explain and recommend suitable life insuranroducts.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Provide after-sales support and follow-up.
- Develop and activate insurance advisors/agents.
- Maintain regular customer and prospect follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Any graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Sales/field experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for field work.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA
