Instructional / Content Writer — Entry-Level (1–4 years experience)
📍 Work Location: Pune- Baner (Work from Office) | Mon–Fri + Alternate Saturdays
What You'll Do
- Write and develop instructional content — eLearning modules, storyboards, scripts, and facilitator guides
- Translate complex subject matter into clear, engaging, learner-friendly content
- Collaborate in the office daily with instructional designers and visual teams
- Ensure content aligns with learning objectives and adult learning principles
- Review and refine content based on feedback and quality standards
What We Need
- 1–4 years of experience in instructional or content writing
- Strong written English — clarity, structure, and tone
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learner audiences
- Comfortable working full-time from the office
- Experience with storyboards or LMS platforms preferred
- MA in English preferred
