About The Secret Hair Care
The Secret Hair Care is a premium natural hair care brand trusted by customers across India and around the world. With a community of over 390,000 followers on Instagram (@secrethairoil), we're focused on creating thoughtful, educational, and engaging content that genuinely helps people on their hair care journey.
We're looking for an experienced Instagram Content Curator who understands how to create content that people stop, watch, save, and share.
What You'll Do
- Write engaging scripts for Instagram Reels and paid advertisements.
- Plan static posts, carousel posts, and community content.
- Collaborate closely with our graphic designer by preparing clear creative briefs and providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain and manage the content calendar to ensure consistent publishing.
- Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience creating Instagram content, preferably for a D2C, beauty, wellness, or personal care brand.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, particularly for short-form video.
- Experience working with designers and communicating creative direction effectively.
- A genuine interest in hair care, beauty, and creating educational, community-first content.
- A portfolio showcasing previous content, scripts, or campaigns.
