Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves managing inbound and outbound inquiries, engaging prospective learners, and converting leads into enrollments for Study Abroad and Career Development Programs. The specialist will conduct needs assessments, present program offerings, and follow up with potential learners through calls, emails, and messaging platforms. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with counseling and operations teams, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience for learners. The role also focuses on achieving sales targets, monitoring feedback, and contributing ideas to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills (spoken and written).
- Relevant experience in education, training, or counseling services is beneficial.
- Ability to work with CRM tools, manage pipelines, and meet sales targets is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a learner-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment are advantageous.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field is preferred.
