Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Sriperumbudur. This role involves handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, qualifying leads, and converting them into opportunities for equipment sales and rentals. The representative will manage customer accounts, provide product information, prepare quotes, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Daily tasks include coordinating with operations and logistics teams for order fulfillment, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and supporting the field sales team with documentation and lead updates. The role also requires periodic reporting on sales activities, market feedback, and customer needs to help improve offerings and service quality.
Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Comfort with using CRM or sales management software and basic MS Office tools.
- Prior experience in industrial equipment, construction, or material handling sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Sriperumbudur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
- Any degree / diploma.
