🚀 We’re Hiring | Inside Sales Executive / Manager – EdTech
Simpliaxis Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic, target-driven sales professionals to join our growing Sales team in Bangalore (HSR Layout).
📍 Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
💼 Experience: 0–6 Years
💰 Salary: ₹3 LPA + Attractive Incentives
🌙 Night Shift Allowance: ₹2,000/month
🕐 Shifts: Day / Afternoon / APAC / Night
🏢 Employment: Full-Time
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound & outbound leads and drive conversions.
- Counsel customers on professional certification & training programs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closure & payment follow-up.
- Handle objections, negotiations, and customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
- Engage with customers across India, USA, APAC & international markets.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication & convincing skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with proven sales ability.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, Training, Certification, Study Abroad, or International Sales is preferred.
- CRM experience with LeadSquared, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication is mandatory.
