Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students
- Provide complete information about courses, fees, and career opportunities
- Follow up with leads and guide them through the admission process
- Maintain daily call reports and lead status updates
- Achieve assigned admission and revenue targets
- Build strong rapport with students and parents
- Coordinate with the counselling and operations team
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and regional languages
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
Qualification
Any Degree / MBA can apply
Freshers with interest in sales and counselling are welcome
