This candidate will be responsible for handling incoming enquiries to recover lost data from various data storage devices. In order to be successful in this role and meet the criteria, this candidate should feel comfortable communicating with prospects via phone and email who are discovered through a variety of avenues.
Responsibilities
- Giving proper consultation to the clients who are in dire need of data recovery from crashed data storage devices such as SSD,HDD, Memory cards, Pen drives and digital camera etc.
- Handling Enquiries ,start to end communication with the client till the job is successfully closed.
- Qualify prospects by understanding customer needs and budgets
- Update CRM system with all customer communications and relevant details about the data recovery job.
- Meeting Sales Target
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years' previous sales experience
- Experience with CRM systems
