Company Description INT Tech Pvt Ltd is a BFSI technology partner that builds payment switching, lending, and digital banking infrastructure for banks and NBFCs. Its core products, including UPI and IMPS Switch, Cross Border Payments, Offshore Banking, LOS, LMS, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, and HRMS, operate on a common platform for identity, audit, and monitoring.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role located in Mumbai. The Inside Sales Executive will handle inbound and outbound sales , qualify leads, and manage prospect inquiries related to INT Tech’s BFSI technology solutions.
Daily responsibilities include identifying potential clients, conducting product presentations over phone or video, and maintaining a structured sales pipeline in CRM tools. The role involves coordinating with the business development and product teams to understand solution features, preparing basic proposals or quotations, and following up consistently to drive deal closures. The Inside Sales Executive will also provide pre-sales support, respond to customer queries, and ensure a high standard of customer engagement and service.
Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience in managing sales pipelines and converting prospects in BFSI Or IT Sector
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to engage professionally with banking and NBFC stakeholders.
- Proven Sales skills, including negotiation, objection handling, and closing opportunities.
- Familiarity with BFSI, payments, or digital banking or IT products is highly beneficial.
- Comfort using CRM platforms, basic MS Office tools, and online meeting software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
