Studio 52 is a media production and technology company delivering audio-visual content, digital media, and communication solutions to regional and international clients. We're hiring an Inside Sales Account Manager based in India to handle incoming client enquiries and close deals.
What you'll do
- Respond to inbound enquiries quickly and professionally
- Prepare proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
- Follow up consistently and close deals
- Manage and grow client accounts, keeping CRM records current
- Coordinate with internal production and technology teams
- Report regularly on pipeline, sales activity, and forecasts
What we're looking for
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proven strength in proposals, follow-ups, and closing
- Prompt, reliable responsiveness to clients
- Experience with UK or US clients is an advantage
- Background in media, marketing, technology, or B2B sales is a plus
- Proficient with CRM, spreadsheets, and presentation tools
- Own computer and high-speed internet
- Focused, organised, and able to work independently
