🚨 We’re Hiring | B2B Sales Manager – Nutritional & Food Ingredients
GJ Foods is looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to build and grow our business across Mumbai & Western India.
📍 Location: Mumbai | Remote
💼 Experience: 5+ years
💰 Compensation: ₹50,000+ per month + Incentives + Travelling Allowance
What you’ll be selling
Our portfolio includes functional, nutritional and food ingredients, including:
• Fat Powders
• Non-Dairy Creamers (NDC)
• Protein Powders
• Caseinates & Dairy Ingredients
• Acacia Gum
• Spray-Dried Food Ingredients
• Other functional ingredients
What you’ll do
• Develop B2B customers across food, nutraceutical, bakery, beverage, dairy and premix industries
• Identify target accounts and generate new business
• Understand customer applications and recommend suitable ingredients
• Coordinate samples, trials, technical discussions and product approvals
• Manage commercial negotiations and convert opportunities into orders
• Develop relationships with manufacturers, R&D teams, purchase teams and distributors
• Build repeat business and expand existing accounts
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and regularly report sales activity
What we’re looking for
Must have:
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in food ingredients / nutritional ingredients / specialty ingredients
• Existing understanding of ingredient applications and customer segments
• Strong customer-facing and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai & surrounding markets
• Ability to independently develop new accounts
Preferred: Experience selling fat powders, NDC, proteins, dairy ingredients, caseinates, functional ingredients or similar products.
