Hiring: Infrastructure & Facility Executive
We're looking for a proactive candidate to manage office facilities, maintenance, vendors, and inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee upkeep and smooth functioning of office infrastructure & building systems
Coordinate preventive & corrective maintenance activities
Manage vendors, AMCs & service providers
Supervise housekeeping & security
Ensure safety/statutory compliance
Manage store & inventory — receipt, storage, issuance, stock verification, and optimum stock levels
Conduct periodic stock audits and coordinate replenishment with procurement
Coordinate repairs, renovations & procurement of facility materials
Maintain facility & inventory records/reports
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: 0–2 years (Facility/Infra/Store & Inventory management preferred)
Skills: MS Office, Excel, strong organizational skills
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000/month
